Our client is a prominent national firm with its full-service London office at the heart of its strategy. There is a busy commercial disputes team in situ, led by a partner we placed several years ago. This person has found it a fantastic move and having built a successful London team is now looking to further build out the department, and is particularly keen to develop their arbitration offering. 

We are keen to talk to partners (or aspiring partners) who are currently either a) focusing entirely on arbitration or b) have a mixed litigation / arbitration practice. The sector split is currently quite broad, and includes TMT, renewables, FMCG, retail/leisure, construction and some public sector. Those with a lean towards one of those, or with a general commercial client base, would likely find this a good platform for your clients.
