This national law firm client is actively looking for a non-contentious construction partner to help grow the practice and supplement an existing, strong presence in the built environment.

With a well-established real estate group our long-standing client feels it is well placed to provide a solid platform for a non-contentious construction lawyer who is familiar with development work and associated construction work in the built environment sector.

There is plenty of support throughout the network and good associates, but for any incoming lateral they can be assured of a lot of head room within this practice and the opportunity to help grow and lead a practice. There is a lot of untapped construction work internally and access to a stellar property client base. So, the priority will be to network and build your profile internally as well as showing you have the skills to bring new clients to the firm.

The firm has had a very strong 12 months, with turnover and profits growing strongly. It has a sophisticated process in place to ensure work can be done profitably, and margins maintained. This partner could be situated in any of the firm’s UK offices and the firm has a flexible approach to working patterns – home/office working etc. The culture and platform at this firm are often cited as central to strong retention figures and laterals have gained the benefit of an extensive internal market with an established integration process.
