Our well-established law firm client is seeking an additional corporate transactional partner to join their sector focused technology team.

The group are looking for technology specialists, steeped in the sector and with client contacts whether at the VC, seed funding level or with more established businesses and funds. The existing range of technology clients is quite broad within this firm and they can accommodate a range of practices and clients and have excellent support departments to (banking, commercial and employment, tax and other) to staff and facilitate deals.

It will be important that technology forms a central (though not necessarily exclusive) part of your practice and that you can show you understand the sector, the main drivers, future developments and be bringing strategies to further develop the firm’s and your own business.

Corporate transactional work forms a significant part of our client’s income stream, so you be joining a well-regarded group; both internally and also reflected by national rankings together with an international network that benefits work within the technology sector.

This is a well hedged, full-service firm which is profitable and has been both sensibly and sensitively managed in this challenging environment.
