Our established law firm client has a strong retail and consumer sector focus and due to succession issues and client demand is now seeking an experienced and technically strong licensing lawyer to join at either Legal Director or Partner level.

The firm already acts for some of the biggest names in retail and leisure but is seeing the most significant area of growth amongst their stellar consumer client base and particularly on-line retail and the regulation and licensing required for modern delivery methods.

There is plenty of work flowing into this practice already and a tremendous amount of untapped potential from existing clients. A following is not essential, but you will need to show strong client handling skills. Probably more important is the mind set to help the firm grow this practice area, maximise potential and be able to offer innovative solutions to fast-moving clients.

This is a very active role, working for a top-quality firm and where you can be at the very heart of a busy practice area and play a significant role in growing the practice further. Accordingly, it will require strong technical skills and ambitions to take your career to the next level.
