We have been instructed on a new partner level role by an established client with a leading reputation for DCOs and consenting work across both Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

This planning and consenting team have established an excellent track record within the market having worked on many of the biggest UK projects to be subject to the 2008 Act.

The team’s focus reflects two of the major sectors of the firm, in energy (especially renewables) and infrastructure and as such there is a breadth of expertise in supporting departments across the firm, plenty of cross selling and collaborative firm initiatives. And within the team there is a well-geared pyramid that helps to maintain margin and ensures support from a well-motivated team of associates, PSLs and non-fee earners.

Work comes from a mix of public and private sector and the firm sits on a number of important panels that provide a good flow of big-ticket and complex projects.

With continued anticipated growth in major infrastructure and energy projects the team can definitely support an additional partner and would be particularly interested in senior lawyers with a good profile in this area and complimentary skills and network.
