We are working with a highly rated UK team which is looking to recruit a Real Estate Disputes Partner to take on a key role in their London office. The firm has recently released outstanding financial results, have been added to various major panels, and have made several heavyweight lateral hires.

They are also truly committed to their people and wider society with enhanced packages, development and wellbeing programmes, alongside a long-term commitment to ESG, social mobility and responsible business.

Real estate is a fundamental tenet of this firm’s DNA and they are proud of their sophisticated property group. Litigation is a prominent part of this, and the team has many long-standing relationships with household name clients.

They are keen to bolster their practice, particularly on the investor side, with the hire of a property litigation partner. Legal Director level candidates who are looking for a step into a partner role will be considered for this position if they have the requisite experience and some client following, so please do get in touch.

There is a healthy flow of disputes work into the team so a part following will suffice. More important is mindset – this is a modern, collaborative team who value their client relationships and don’t take a particularly aggressive approach to litigation.
